Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order for verification, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.


SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Free Shipping on orders over $75

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside of our control.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of our products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled.

We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are restricted or prohibited.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and shipment of products is permitted in their location before placing an order.


AGE VERIFICATION AND DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

We reserve the right to require age verification prior to order fulfillment.

Certain shipments may require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery in accordance with applicable laws and carrier requirements.

Failure to complete delivery requirements, including signature verification, may result in the package being returned or disposed of by the carrier.


CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility pass to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.


INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide photo or video evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

We will assist where possible, but all damage claims must also be filed with the shipping carrier.


ORDER REFUSAL OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to failure to meet delivery requirements, we reserve the right to charge a reshipping fee or deny reshipment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
